Upon arrival i was not inna good mood. Rick Wilson took notes but didn't take offense to my grump. He got my car in and completed all in short amount of time. I apologized to him at pick up and he gave me his recommendations. Good customer service

Everyone who we had any interaction with was so knowledgeable, patient and professional. When it comes time to replace our next vehicle, we would not hesitate to make the 1 1/2 hour trip again!!
